A complete inspection is performed on the entire coach. The inspection is broken down to three areas.
Cosmetics – Both interior and exterior appearance is inspected. Items checked include the ceiling condition, cabinets, furniture, seats, carpet, paint, windows and awning. All negative areas that affect function are repaired or replaced. Ceiling material will be intact and in place. Walls will be intact with no evidence of water damage. There will be no evidence of water damage in the interior. All cabinets will function. All bedding will be cleaned and serviceable. If equipped with a central vacuum system, it will be functioning. All plumping will be functioning. Hot and cold water will operate. All interior light will operate. If equipped with an awning it will extend and retract. A report is made and corrections are done.

Appliances

Air conditioning, refrigerator, fans, lights, stove, oven, microwave, toilet, water system, heater, and generator will be inspected. A report is made and all will be functional.

Engine

All fluids, rubber hoses, and filters will be replaced. A tune up will be completed including new plugs, plug wires and coil. The intake manifold will be removed, valve valley cleaned, and the cross over in manifold blocked. New gaskets will be installed on the intake and exhaust manifolds. The air cleaner housing and valve covers will be painted. Exhaust system inspected and replaced as needed.

Power train

Everything to do with getting the coach down the road is inspected. Included are the engine, transmission, cooling, fuel system, final drive, suspension, air suspension, brakes, tires, wheel bearing, front end parts. Engine driven air conditioning and heating are inspected. Electrical systems (alternator, lights, etc.) are inspected and tested. After inspection all systems will be brought to operating conditions.

Transmission

Inspected, fluid and filters changed.

Final drive

Inspected and fluids change. CV bearings cleaned , inspected and repacked. CV joint boots replaced.

Fuel

Fuel tanks are removed, cleaned, painted and lined. In tank fuel pumps are added. Fuel lines are flushed. Carburetor is rebuilt

Brakes

Inspected. Pads and brake shoes replaced. Rotor and drums turned as needed. Rear brake cylinders replaced. Front calipers rebuilt. All wheel bearings removed, cleaned, inspected and replaced as need. A report is made and all systems will be functional.

Brakes

Front end suspension cleaned and inspected. Defected parts replaced. All shocks replaced. Air bags inspected for cracking and pressure tested. If failed they are replaced. Air compressor is inspected and repaired/replaced as need. Control panel inspected and repaired/replaced as needed.

Suspension

Inspected. Pads and brake shoes replaced. Rotor and drums turned as needed. Rear brake cylinders replaced. Front calipers rebuilt. All wheel bearings removed, cleaned, inspected and replaced as need. A report is made and all systems will be functional.

Tires

Replaced

Windows

Inspected and no leaks. Fogging may be present and will be noted. New glass is available.

Paint

Inspected, washed and waxed

Awning

Inspected and functional. Fabric will be replaced if needed.

Generator

inspected, serviced and loadbank tested.

Dash

All instruments will be functional

Entry level coaches are ready to be driven. A 120 day warrant or 3000 mile warranty is included. BC Vintage coach will provide the inspection report and clear title. If smog inspection is a requirement it must be asked for with the order deposit. Every effort is made to insure the inspections reports are accurate but other negative conditions may exist. If the client is concerned about a particular area they make ask that area be inspected further (at no additional cost).
